If I thought that everybody was that way, why would I go to the trouble of explicitly saying that the vast majority are not that way. It is the vocal, destructive minority that cause the problems, and have to have the stick waved at them. Therefore causing the stick to be waved at all.

And... It has already been PROVEN that "his fellows" will NOT get him in line. Sooner, later, ever...

Those fences would never have been broken, and the farmer never would have gotten out his shotgun, if "His fellows" would have gotten him in line in the first place.
