Good deal Heck. Thank for the generous first bid. These are really nice bags. I like the velcro belt under the leathe buckle belt and the stand-off loop to keep the hammer from banging you on the leg. If you guys need more pictures let me know.

Well James I like your style and this site loves your generosity. If those bags were the old style Nicholas leather apron I'd be bidding. I don't know if they're still even in production, most yards that have the "non nylon or oxydental" carry the el cheapo things. I need to think about a new one as this has maybe only 5 yrs left on it. Course I could become a member of the new century I guess.

Ok, this was posted over a month ago.
I am going to close the bidding, as of saturday, october 25th. Noon, PST.
If there are no more bids, James will have won the bags for 100 dollars.

Well, James, It looks like you won the bags.

Contact Bo via email, with your mailing address, and I'm sure he'll send them to you right away.
You can get ahold of Cal for the best way to get the money to him.
Thanks to both of you.
No one else here is saying anything, but this forum is just about dead. This will help to keep things going for a bit more.

Hey, sorry I am just now getting around to responding to this thread. I am thrilled to be getting these bags, and thrilled to support 'Quittin' Time'. Cal, I will be sending you a check very soon for the bags and a little more to help our comrade wet head.

Thanks, Bob. I know that we all appreciate the donation of items and the effort you make to keep this forum going. The bags are for my son, who I'm going to hoodwink into being a carpenter like his dad. (He could use a work cap,too...... )
Thanks again, and Happy Holidays to You and Yours...

Hey Bob, The bags showed up yesterday. They look great! If I weren't moulded to my occidentals after 20+ years, I might give 'em a try! Seriously, they will be a Xmas present for my younger boy who shows an aptitude for building/fixin' things, and they should last him a good long while. I have the first cap you sent, so now I have two! (That boy doesn't appreciate good caps, and HE has lots of hair! :-) ) Many thanks to you, Happy Holidays,
James
