Hey all. I'm looking for a few good recipes for barbeque sauce. If you have any that you can give away, I'd be glad to get them. Then when I have mine perfected I can post it for anyone interested.
Later.

You got a BBQ coming up?
If I could locate uncle tom's babboons blood bbq sauce, you would be in luck. I'll give it a shot, haven't seen it in 30 years. Might be easier to find Uncle Tom. I'll work on that.

Dont really have a bbq sauce recipe but my basic lamb kabobs on the barbie marinade is as follows.
dry sherry and light soy in about equal parts juice from a couple lemons ton-o-minced garlic lotsa fresh ground black pepper some corn starch mixed with cold water then poured in
now kill a nice fat healthy lamb and cut into 1" cubes work over meat cubes with waffle faced framing hammer immerse meat in marinade for at least several hours stirring occasionally stick'em on kabob skewers with veggies of choice drizzle a little marinade on them while they're sizzling
Thanks and a tip-o-the hat to "Mario the Basque" of Heppner OR

Cal -- With a name like that, it's gotta be good. If you stumble upon it, I'll have to give it a try.
Jon -- Thanks for the marinade. We'll try that too.
