If you go over to www.finecooking.com and click on , meat, fish, poultry, you will find "Crispy coated chicken" and there are four great recipies.

Well chicken is good for ya Calvin. We eat alot of it around here. I was just looking for some different ways to prepare it.I like to suprize my wife when she has to work on weekends.
