Quittintime Tin Cup/Treasurers report

That's a link to the financials that we've changed and paired down quite a bit from the beginning costs.

Currently w/o any forum upgrades and the cheapest provider we have found-we're looking at 15-20/mo.

Well, we thank the hell out of you in the Thank You for Contributors thread that is buried up with the Welcome and Tin Cup folder.

And of course you get thanks in the auction thread itself.

But after that, you remain the relatively obscure guy like the rest of us. Seen only by a few. Known by many.

I just got word of the donation of the nailer and will be posting that auction soon once I get the picture and model etc.

If you're serious, lemme know the model number and I'll do my best to secure a picture off their website.

Grand news that you are among the living back at BT.

So that leaves who? still out. SG, Bill Hartman I guess. Maybe Newf-can't remember if he was official or just left in solidarity. Jim Allen, Blue-he's no show too.

Well, congrats...........and I take it your you there too.

I gotta wait and see.....going to research it first, it's a Freud plate joiner, brand new but if it's good I'm gonna keeep it.

Just thinking out loud here.....like Hartman said I work AT (not for, big difference) Lowe's so I'll be looking for deals to keep the place running.

You can have my restoration.

Got an email tonight. I was restored. Aint scramblin' on over.

Not that I hold, or ever held, any ill will. Just sceptical. I blame noone, nor do I credit anyone.

Time will tell, lettin' it ride.

Actually I do credit Cal, Luka, mike, and anyone else that I might not be aware of that have kept this place around. In a point of need and confusion it gave a bunch of people a place to gather, reflect, vent, reconsider, ...

Looks like most will end up with whatever it was that they feel that they want. That is good.

There is a pretty good chance that I will fire off a mail to JP. Wamme to remind him of your plight?

Mr. Buck,

We has started a free Jeff Buck thread and the consensus is that they'd rather have your wife back......

) (just in case you're humor challenged)

Since I was wasn't too proud to beg....I just nagged JP every couple of days and wore hime down.

Not too bad for a pedophile and wife beater.

Hi cal

Was just catching up on my lurking and saw my name. Now THAT doesn't happen often. LOL!
NO, was never banned, booted out or what ever. Well not lately, Hehehehehehe
I had left BT for a year...it had lost it's fun factor..too much hate too too much American Politics. Went back for about 2 wks...enough to read back enough to catch the drift...and guess what??? Same ol' same ol'
So I left again and have never been back. So I missed the whole war...by weeks and weeks!!! How I got over to QT again...I don't remember. OK...just did...email from Andy C. And I think carole mentioned something.
I was going to go there just to see if my login worked...but...I could really care less at this stage. Lots and lots of great people...but.. the aholes make me crazy. OK...crazier... more crazy...whatever!

I kinda liked it here but....

If he can figure out how to use it, Buck can have my login. But he might have to have "Newf" as a screen name...now that would be a hoot!

More power to the Buck. The Buck stops here...

Keep yer stick on the ice......

Newf

Hey newf, things come and go, people change or not...........what's that saying-

the more things change, the more they remain the same?

As long as the good things remain the same-I'm fairly happy.

Stop by anytime.

an old toast ... best done with a female friend ...

"friends may come and friends may go,

and friends may peter out, you know.

But here's to friends , thru thick and thin ...

Peter out ... or peter in!"

Bill,

Finally got an email.

I'm back in, as well as the wife ... who never shoulda been out ... but since she usually only posts immediately after a Fest, she wasn't too worked up about it.

Gonna browse for a bit then make myself scarce, see how things all shake out there.

Jeff
